The team at Valleyfield Charity Foundation are taking on the Ben Nevis Challenge on Friday 7^th August 2026, for a local men’s mental health charity, Chris’s House.  Chris’s House do amazing work for those affected by suicidal thoughts and their friends and family.  This is something that has affected me and my siblings, Siobhan and Daniel as our dad committed suicide in June 2021 just weeks before his 60^th birthday.  If my dad had somewhere like Chris’s House where he could go and talk about how he was feeling he might not have made the choice he made. 

Any donations big or small for the team tackling this challenge would be amazing as this is a very deserving charity, that makes a difference in people's lives.
